VSA offers 3 independent batting cages.
2 of which are machine operated and 1
for T and live ball practice.

our indoor fielding area you can work
on those fundamentals, skills,and techniques
required for sound infield play.
Fine tune your skills by playing catch,
getting jumps, practicing fielding position,
positioning, and executing pivots. |

& CONDITIONING

Our
strength and conditioning area allows
players to work on specific muscle groups
that need strengthening for prime physical
capabilities.
VSA is equipped with treadmills, exercise
bike, speed bag, punching bag and two
workout stations for arms and legs. |
